Cancellation Policy

Payments
For all rental services, payments can be made upon arrival at Adventure Bikes in Jaisalmer. All prices mentioned are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your bike rental booking for any reason, please notify us in writing. The cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive your request, as per the following policy:

• 30 days prior to rental date: 100% refund
• 7 days prior to rental date: 75% refund
• 30 hours prior to rental date: 50% refund
• No show or last-minute cancellation: No refund

Important Notes:

• Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method.
• Any service charges or transaction fees incurred during booking are non-refundable.
• In case of peak season bookings, a separate cancellation policy may apply.

Law & Jurisdiction
All disputes, claims, or legal matters related to Adventure Bikes will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the District Court of Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
